The Ytowait App can be downloaded from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store, and the website can be accessed at www.ytowait.com.
We give utmost priority to Users' & Visitors’ privacy.
Ytowait’s Terms of Service(TOS) document will explain the definitions, the type of information we collect from the Users, and how we use it in the App.

Registration

It’s the process where the User provides the mobile number, Date of birth, Gender, Name, Profile picture, Country, State, District, and Area name to use our features and services.

Account

User has a dedicated personal area where he can handle and manage his personal data and Settings. This account allows users to communicate with others.

Login

It’s the process of verifying the created username and password to use our services and features.

Users

People who are registered on the Ytowait App. There are 3 types of Users.

Male user

A Person who registers on the App using the gender as Male.

Female user

A Person who registers on the App using the gender as Female.

Other user

A Person who registers on the App using the gender as Female.

User name

It’s the name created by the User during the registration process. The Username is displayed wherever the name should be displayed while using the application.

Profile picture

It’s the picture of the User which is used to display their identity.

Application

Ytowait is an application that allows users to register and use its features.

Features

A feature is a distinctive attribute of the Ytowait application (one concept).

Paid Features

Features which require Users to pay a minimal amount to use the feature.

Stories

A feature that Collects interesting and influencing events from registered Users in different categories, verifies and then publishes(Ex: Fashion, technology, songs, entrepreneurship).

Spotmate accept

When the owner of the post unlocks the post, the User who sees the post will receive a notification. When the receiver clicks on accept, Chat will be established between both the Users.

Spotmate unlock

After verification, the owner of the post can unlock the post to start initial communication with the User who has seen his/her post. The User who has seen the post will receive a notification to accept the request.

Spotmate hide

The owner of the post can use this option to hide the post and to remove the post from search results. Owners can use this after they find their missed connections.

Spotmate unhide

Unhide option helps the User to make his/her post visible in search results when other Users search with the criteria.

Report

Using the report option Users can report a post or story of another User if the User finds it affecting their privacy.

Delete account

User can delete his/her Own account whenever they want to delete. Users need to enter username and mobile number, after the validation the account gets deleted permanently.

Changes & Updates in Ytowait Terms Of Service (TOS)

Whenever Ytowait updates its TOS, users will be able to see the same on the Ytowait App, Website or possibly receive an email (If we collect in future). Users have to accept these TOS after reading them.
Any Changes to the TOS will be applicable to all the users with an immediate effect.

Details need to be provided by the users

Mobile number

It should belong to the User. It’s private and visible to registered people only.(Mandatory)

Date of Birth (DOB)

The User should use his/her correct Date of Birth, as 18 years is the mandatory age needed to use this App. It has public visibility.(Mandatory)

Gender

This is collected to show relevant information to the User. It has public visibility.(Mandatory)

User name

Users are allowed to use nicknames. It's public.(Mandatory)

Profile picture

It is useful in the Spotmate feature to connect with the User's missing connection. When the User writes a spotmate post, the profile picture of the User is not visible to others. The profile picture will be visible to Users only when a User opens the post. Setting up a profile picture is voluntary.

State

We collect this information from the User to display relevant stories and advertisements. This information is visible to the public. (Mandatory)

District

We collect this information from the User to display relevant stories and advertisements. This information is visible to the public. (Mandatory)

Region

We collect this information from the User to display relevant stories and advertisements. This information is visible to the public. (Mandatory)

Features and Services

Presently Ytowait has Spotmate and Stories features only. These are free for now. Users can register, login and use these features by adhering to the terms and conditions. When a User is unhappy with anything in Ytowait, he or she has the right to report the content. Also, incase of any queries Users can reach out to us at support@ytowait.com

Paid Features

Ytowait is a Freemium model. As of now all the features are free of charge. Incase of charges/subscriptions in the future, the same will be updated to the Users. For now, our Users can explore all of the features and services all for free.

Refund Policy

Data Protection

User data is completely safe with us. We store User data on trusted storage locations only. Only Limited data is accessible to Ytowait backend support teams for internal quality checks and improvements.

Scams, threats, Illegal activities

Ytowait company will never encourage scams, threats or illegal activities on its platform. Ytowait strives to make its App a happy space for all its Users. While we take every step to ensure User safety, Ytowait is not responsible for the users' Scams, threats, illegal activities(anything which is not legal). Therefore we advise Users to be cautious and vigilant and avoid falling prey to scams and frauds. If we come across anyone yielding to such activities on the platform, such Users will be met with stringent legal consequences.

Users Responsibilities

  • Users are solely responsible for their own account and activities.
  • Users are strictly advised not to share with others any information relating to their account and activity.
  • Users are advised to adhere to community guidelines while posting on the App.
  • Users are advised to be vigilant and share only limited personal information with others.
  • Users are advised to report anything that is offensive or affecting their privacy.
  • Even after establishing a connection, if the conversation is not as desired, Users are advised to block and report the respective User.

Please provide authentic information when filling in information relating to Gender, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, State, City/Town.

While using app

We give utmost priority to protect Users' privacy. We do not encourage any content that affects Users' privacy. Users have to follow certain instructions while posting or submitting a story. We advise Users to report immediately if they find anything offensive on the App.

While chatting

While in a Spotmate chat, please verify the User, and then connect. We request you not to share your personal data until you feel secure.

Age

People below the age of Eighteen are strictly not allowed to use the App.

User Consent

We request you to read our Terms & conditions and the Privacy policy before registering on the Ytowait App. You will not be able to register on Ytowait without accepting the Terms and Conditions.
In order to create awareness and to improve our services we update our Terms & Conditions from time-to-time.

Account Deletion

User can delete his/her account whenever they wish to delete it. Inorder to delete the account permanently Users need to enter username and mobile number for security validation. Once the user deletes the account all the data relating to the account will be deleted permanently. Once deleted the user can not restore the account again.

Account Block

Ytowait’s admin has full control access to block any User found of violating the Terms and Conditions.

Uninstallation of the App

Uninstalling the App does not result in any loss of User data. Users can uninstall the App and install it again to resume using the services hassle-free.

App Update

Users are advised to update the App whenever a new version is available. For better performance and new features we keep updating the app after fixing relevant bugs if any. Therefore, all Users are advised to update the App to enjoy the newest version of the App.

Sharing Account Details

We never encourage Users to share their account details with others. Users are solely responsible for their account activity and the content they post on the App.

Approaching Users

We send Push notifications and/or emails to share new updates with the Users.

Termination/Deletion of the user account

Ytowait reserves the right to suspend or delete idle accounts. If the user does not use his/her account for 12 months, Ytowait has full rights to suspend or delete the account. In case of any queries, please contact Ytowait’s support team at support@ytowait.com

Data deletion

Ytowait may delete the user's old data if required for storage optimisation or better performance.

Sharing User’s data with 3rd parties

Ytowait may share limited information like Gender, DOB, State, District, City/ town to trusted third parties for relevant advertisements purposes.

Who can use our concept

No one is allowed or authorised in any way to use our concept in any form or manner or on any App or Website. Ytowait owns the concept and is the sole owner of this intellectual property. Anyone trying to mimic or use our concept in any way will be faced with legal consequences.
